May I request more Musical Warm Up videos (currently there are 3 warm up vidoes) - that have been posted. Having done these various times, I would greatly appreciate some variety. Thanks!

We are currently working on expanding the repertoire. Warm ups tend to be repetitive in general. Because these warm ups are mainly to remind the student of alignment, posture, and hip alignment. They are not used just as warming up the muscles, but also warming up your mindfulness and body awareness before beginning practice.
You could also use the Radha kalpa level 2 warm up which is full and intense and very good for your strength and stability.
Will however take your suggestion into consideration and add some more warm up later in the year perhaps. SO happy that you have been regular with your practice! We have some updates coming up this year! Hopefully some live classes and also an app. So stay updated for those things.

Also, if you're going to make more warm-up videos try to make a few shorter ones like 10-15minutes. Some of the warm ups are long like 25/30mins which is ok once in a while but more shorter ones would help for the days we don't have a long time for practice. I'm practicing every morning now! Thanks kindly for your insight on utility of the warm ups and the upcoming videos. Look forward to perhaps some more musical warm up videos as the music and movement combination truly does inspire me to continue forward with the more challenging videos.
