I have tried to do the quadriplex exercises during strength workouts a few times, and I always feel tired in my arms and shoulders before anything else.
Is this an indication that I am doing something wrong/I need to fix my posture? Do I just need to keep doing it? I can feel some activity in my core, but it is really negligible compared to my arms.
More generally, can you give some advice on how to build core strength? Some of the core exercises are difficult to do without already having sufficient core strength, and I stop when I feel myself compensating by using my back.
