I had subscribed for monthly plan. I see that my account is not debited for month of April(at least until today) and I am not able to access content though I did not cancel my subscription.
I have written couple of emails about this to Vimeo ( from Contact US menu ) but no reply.
Has anyone faced this ? If you did so, I want to know if I have to subscribe again ? Can I use the email id?
Any help is appreciated.
